IS-MAB-CD is a serum-free media which is free of any component derived from human, bovine or other animal sources. It has been optimized to meet the performance and regulatory requirements for the cultivation of hybridoma cells and monoclonal antibody manufacture.
HB-GRO and HB-PRO is a dual formulation media system designed to promote the growth and production phases of hybridoma culture. HB-GRO (50mg/mL total protein) is used for the initial stages of a culture from inoculation to desired maximal cell density. Once maximal density has been reached, the culture can be switched to HB-PRO, a very low protein (1mg/mL) maintenance and production medium. HB-GRO and HB-PRO have been formulated for hybridoma culture in large scale bio-reactors of any type including stirred tank, airlift and hollow fibre. Cell growth rates, peak cell densities and monoclonal antibody production using HB-GRO and HB-PRO have been shown to be significantly higher than serum-containing medium.
